Service purpose
FixWin provides AI-assisted Windows diagnostics and repair guidance for Windows 10/11. It helps analyze audio, network, VPN, drivers, printers, Bluetooth, USB, GPU, Windows Update and system errors.
User approval
FixWin separates read-only diagnostics from repair. Diagnostic collection should not change system settings. Repair actions run only after the user starts repair inside FixWin Agent.
No guarantee
Windows systems differ. FixWin aims to use safe repair logic, but no tool can guarantee every issue will be fixed.
Prohibited use
- Do not use FixWin on systems you do not own or manage.
- Do not use FixWin to bypass organization security policies.
- Do not modify the agent for spying, malware or unauthorized access.
