FixWin stores your account email, session token, problem description, diagnostic output uploaded by FixWin Agent, AI diagnosis, repair plan, repair execution log and timestamps.
What we do not intentionally collect
- Windows passwords.
- Personal documents, photos or browser history.
- Payment card data.
- Private files unrelated to diagnostics.
Why we store diagnostics
Diagnostics are used to identify the root cause, generate a safe AI repair plan, show repair history and help verify what changed after repair.
